Annual General Meeting 2020

The Annual General Meeting of U3A Hume will be held on Tuesday 10 November at 10:00 am. Notices will soon be sent to all members.

This meeting will be a virtual meeting. There will not be a physical meeting at Gladstone Park because of the Covid19 restrictions.

The meeting will be conducted over the Internet using the Zoom virtual meeting facility. Another email will be sent a few days prior to the meeting providing details of how to join the meeting.

Each member will receive an official notice of the meeting. There will be a nomination form for you to join the committee for 2021. You will also receive a proxy form which you can email or post back to the committee nominating a committee member to act as your proxy on voting on motions during the meeting. We must have a quorum for the meeting to proceed and pass appropriate motions.

The AGM notice, committee nomination form, and proxy form can be downloaded here. After filling out the nomination and proxy forms, email them to by Monday 2 November 2020. The forms can be posted to Secretary, U3A Hume, P.O. Box 2057, Gladstone Park, 3043 in time to arrive by Monday 2 November 2020.
