The business of the Annual General Meeting is to confirm the minutes of the 2017 Annual General Meeting, to receive the Annual Report, to receive the Financial Statement submitted in accordance with Part 7 of the Associations Incorporation Act, to elect the members of the Committee and to confirm the amounts of the annual subscription and joining fee.
Please join us on the Committee. There are many positions vacant, and the workload needs to be shared. Nominate yourself or a member for election to the Committee. Complete and sign the nomination form, and have it signed by the person you are nominating.
All members will receive the notice of this meeting and a committee nomination form by electronic mail, and by Australia Post. Nomination forms will also be available from the office.
